Ramadan for all
Ramadan is the holy month of Muslims. In this month, Muslims fast all day. After fasting the whole day, Muslims break their fast. We call it 'Iftar'. But there are many people in our society who are deprived of basic needs like food. Iftar is difficult for them. For their cooperation we are distributing Iftar during Iftar.
The project was implemented by an organization called "Aqeeq". Some scout volunteers of this organization collect funds among themselves and arrange iftar for these helpless people. Iftar distribution is attended by 20 scout volunteers of this organization.
This project taught me compassion and empathy. Witnessing the gratitude of those who received the food made me appreciative of the blessings and privileges in my own life.
