the Rajya Puraskar testing camp of district kargil was conducted under the leadership of Mr. Bashir Ahmad Wafa from 18 to 20 October 2018 in which 80 scouts and Guides take part. During the testing camp deputy commissioner kargil visiting the camp and give blessings to all the participants. camp was conducted smoothly as per APRO.
