EASTERN RAILWAY BHARAT SCOUTS & GUIDES , KANCHRAPARA DISTRICT ASSOCIATION  HAS ORGANISED DISTRICT LEVEL RAJYAPURASKAR TESTING CAMP FOR SCOUTS & ROVERS FROM  06.04.2019 TO 07.04.2019 WITH TWO DAYS LONG ASSESMENTS & PRACTICAL TESTING , THEORITICAL SESSIONS. THERE ARE TOTAL 48 PARTICIPANTS INCLUDING SCOUTS, ROVERS, ADULT LEADERS  & KITCHEN TEAM AT R.M.P. SCHOOL

Rajya Puraskar is awarded by the Governor / Patron of the Association to scouts and guides. The Proficiency Badges are issued on the basis of certificates issued by independent examiners arranged by Training Counselor and appointed by Local or District Badge Committee.
