Eastern Region of the Bharat Scouts & Guides organised a Regional Level Skill Development Training Course at State Training Park,Eastern Railway, Madhupur. First of all we have a great leader to teach us some great skill . So First day we taught about Quilling work. We needed some materials to make a quilling work.Materials:- Quilling Sheet, Quilling Band,Pin,Fevicol. First of all we coiled the quilling bands then we make some flowers & to attach use Fevicol.Afterthat we have a blank greetings Card to design my quilling works & made a beautiful Greetings Card. - THE END -
