We from  The Bharat Scouts and Guides, Assam started a Bank of Old useble Books, Clothes and Toys for the needy and poor people  for helping them to acheive a better life with the association of State Chief Commissioner; Mr. A.K. Absar Hazarika, State Secretary; Mr. Khagendra Nath Das, State Training Commissioner(G); Mrs. Arunima Debi and some other collegues. We started the campaign on 1st July by colleting the Books and then sanctioning the campaing in the Headquarters on 8th July and the further donating and giving the Books, Clothes and Toys shall continue on daily basis. We will try to further establish the Old Bank apporpiately. There were total of 7 members we were helped by SCC, SS, STC(G). For the collection of Books it took 3 hours. hope for your support in the campaign.
