Coinciding the coronation of Fourth king Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck 2nd June is observed as Social Forestry Day in Bhutan. The various institutions and volunteers plant the saplings to observe the day. The Rover Scouts along with other club members of Jigme Namgyel Engineering College, Royal University of Bhutan marked the day by planting saplings.
