Project Summer

Our motivation for organizing the summer Fruit distribution project was to support and provide for people in need. We wanted to foster a sense of community and compassion. By distributing fruit around Joydevpur on June 7, we aimed to address food insecurity and bring some relief and happiness to those who benefited from the initiative.
We successfully managed the project through thorough planning, careful budgeting, and meticulous preparation. Weeks in advance, we coordinated logistics and saved funds for purchasing fresh fruits. The day before the event, we procured and prepared the fruits. On distribution day, our team promptly assembled to cut , pack in the morning and started distribute them across Joydevpur, ensuring effective support and spreading joy within the community, embodying the spirit of service and solidarity.
We learned the importance of effective planning, budgeting, and coordination, which ensured the smooth execution of our initiative. It also underscored the impact of small gestures, such as providing fresh fruits, in enhancing community well-being and fostering a sense of togetherness. This experience has motivated us to continue contributing positively to our community, be more proactive in addressing local needs, and appreciate the power of collective effort in creating meaningful change.
