The RCR Rovers conducted the Project E-HAND (Education - Health and Neatness Development) The Rovers Scouts taught 64 children with basic English grammar and compression, fundamentals of Mathematics, proper hand washing; they also fed the participants. The said project was collaborated with the Grade 7 Students of the sponsoring institution, Roosevelt College Rodriguez, the RCR Interact Club and the sponsor, Rotary Club of Rodriguez.
