The scout Movement in Bhutan is considered an important forum for young people to channel their energy into positive and constructive behavior. As of now, many of the primary under Thimphu Thromde do not have enough trained Cub (Nachung) leaders to deliver scouting activities effectively. We need more scouts leaders to carry on scouting programmes in schools. Ever since the inception of the yearlong celebration for the Birth of Gyelsay, we Thimphu Thromde Scouts Association planned to contribute in our own way. So to conduct the BULT course Few teachers and Scouts leaders went three days ahead at National Scout Center, Paro to prepare for upcoming BULT course.
