Pre-ALT Course (Scout Wing) for Southern Region was held at Kerala State Bharat Scouts and Guides State Training Centre, Palode, Kerala from 19th - 23rd December 2013. 23 Participants and 4 Staff Members the trainers from Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala and Tamilnadu participated under the course leadership of MR. M. S. Qureshi, Dy. Director (S) Leader Training.
