Prayers for Travelers
On 27th November , 2016 we went to the cliff of Pepli to write the MANI (prayers) for the safe travelling of all the travelers. The Pepli is a dangerous cliff along the Samtse Dorokha road. It is riskier during the monsoon seasons. There are many cases of slides and accidents in this area.Hence, we a group of nine teachers went to write the prayer on the cliff.
It was coordinated by Mr. Kaka, the School Sports Instructor. He arranged for the materials and Mr. Ganga Bdr. Sangpang spared his bolero for the transportation. It was a great Sunday spent in doing good deed and with the Message of peace.
We cooked wild vegetable and had for lunch. We also used the banana leaves for the plates in a traditional way.
Let the travelers via Pepli be always safe.
