Miri's family utilized their Saturday digging up new gardens and planting vegetable seedlings during the devastating Covid-19 and after the category 4 tropical cyclone Herold affected the vegetation of Fiji. This is a very brave move towards the sustainable future and bringing about zero hunger towards this family. This also sets a clear example of what we can do to curb our current situation of damaged vegetation due to the cyclone. Together with this as people are unable to go out for work and their salaries are reduced, it becomes wise to create home gardening to feed our families.
