Plastic waste cleanup for a Better Tomorrow
The main objective of this project was to improving livelihoods of urban poor communities through cleaning plastic waste around our locality.
My project was implemented over the Station whereby we started to clean. I execute my plan by dividing the total member in to two group ( group 1 and group 2 ). Group 1 cleaned the Platform 01 and group 2cleaned the Platform 01. Then Two Group Cleaned Train Passas area.
Through this project, The Mohakhali area was made plastic free by cleaning plastic waste in the area. The people living around the area were also made aware about the harmside of Plastic and thus motivate them on redcing plastic usage in their daily life.
From this project, I got to learn that people are still unconscious about the reckless usage of Plastic products. They throw plastic wastage scattered around their houses, fields, roadsides etc. By this project they were made aware of this fact.
