Plastic cleanup campaign
If the environment is not clean, our life will be threatened. A lot of people come to the Boishakhi fair. Many people are not environmentally conscious, so they leave garbage wherever they go. They are harmful to our environment. We try to clear this dirt to some extent and make people aware.
We took some sacks to the Baisakhi Fair in Jessore's Town Hall grounds and picked up the plastic glass and polythene that had been left behind. We also request other people to dispose of these plastics in designated places. And then put the plastic waste in the designated place of the municipality.
Plastic is very harmful to our environment. These plastics block drainage. Also, it does not absorb well into the soil. As a result the soil loses its fertility. We have tried to keep the environment a bit better and pollution free.
