Planting Love, Growing Green
Through tree planting, we aim to plant love in everyone’s heart and bring more greenery to the Earth through concrete actions, aligning with the Scout spirit of valuing nature conservation and community service. We hope this activity encourages participants to cherish the environment and take action to protect the ecosystem.
In this activity, we transplanted bishopwood saplings into the school campus and built a fence around them to protect them from harm.
The Scouts fully dedicated themselves to the tree-planting activity, actively collaborating with one another to successfully plant the saplings. Planting trees with their own hands gave the Scouts a sense of accomplishment and nurtured a spirit of service. It also helped them understand that they can contribute to environmental protection in both their school and community.
