Plantation Drive with Rovers & Rangers, Anekal

The Plantation Drive was inspired by our commitment to environmental sustainability and community service. We wanted to instill eco-consciousness among students while contributing to a greener campus. Observing the rising environmental challenges, we aimed to take practical action, encouraging Rovers, Rangers, and peers to plant trees, nurture nature, and create a lasting positive impact for both the community and the planet.

The Plantation Drive was carried out with active support from our faculty and participation of Rovers and Rangers. Teams were organized to plant saplings across designated areas of the campus. Faculty guided the proper planting techniques, while Rovers and Rangers dug, watered, and nurtured the saplings. Together, everyone collaborated to ensure a successful and impactful green initiative.

Through the Plantation Drive, we learned the importance of teamwork, planning, and perseverance in creating a positive environmental impact. We understood how small actions, like planting saplings, contribute to a greener future. The project also taught us responsibility, patience, and the value of guidance from faculty, reinforcing the significance of collective effort in community service and sustainability.
