448 boys and girls in scouting came together with 60 male and female leaders, parents and guardians to plant fruit trees on the Scouts Founders' Day. We had the boys and girls participating in the base activities together with planting of the fruit trees. The scout leaders worked together and prepared fresh juice and vegetable lunch for all the participants. Mr Jayant Prasad & Mrs Lachmi Prasad provided the scouts with fruit trees to plant. We also honoured the Father of Knotting in Fiji Mr G.R. Swamy for his dedicated services for Lautoka Scouters' Council and Fiji Scouts Association. The children enjoyed the Alele Messengers of Peace Song.
