“Pick up a Dream” – Cleaning the Community Activities for over 12 years (Japan)

Hiroyuki Watanabe who is an actor, director, producer and a Boy Scout member, collects littered garbage he finds during his morning Slow Jogging.

Mr. Watanabe named this project "Pick up a Dream (Yume Hiroi)" with the goal of eliminating littered garbage left on the streets and side road, and enriching people's lives by creating a clean city without the litters. This service project has been held for more than 12 years to clean the local community.

By having each of us act with awareness of local community service, we can lead the initiatives for SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) toward 2030.
