Peace Dialogue for Young Scout at TAC

The Peace Dialogue for Young Scout at TAC project aims to strengthen the capacity of scouts to manage conflicts through peaceful means, using dialogue as a key tool. Scouts develop skills in empathetic listening, constructive expression of opinions, and collaboration, in alignment with the ideals and Scout Promise of contributing to society.
Activities under the project are designed using a participatory learning approach, incorporating dialogue-based processes, group activities, and reflective practices. These activities create a safe space for young scouts to freely and creatively exchange opinions, experiences, and perspectives. Participants learn to better understand themselves and others, respect differences, and communicate without prejudice, which helps reduce conflict and build mutual trust.
The Peace Dialogue for Young Scout at TAC project therefore serves as an important platform for strengthening the capacity of young scouts, enabling them to grow into responsible, civically minded citizens who are ready to play an active and tangible role in peacebuilding within Thai society.
