Organised annually, PLTC 2019 come back again organised by Petaling District leaders to teach scouts on leadership and the challenges they will face as a leader. Having over 350 participants ranging from Cub Scouts, Scouts and Senior Scouts, it was definitely a large camp with no shortage of experience to handle each activity. My focus was on being an Assistant Unit Leader and help out wherever it was needed with the newer Rovers.
