I Mukunda Dhungel, ALT(S), ASTC(S) cum State MoP Coordinaror had selectd as Facilitator for the Leadership Workshop-Prepare to Learn,Prepare to Lead Organised by the  The Bharat Scouts & Guides as WAGGGS Programme held at NHQ, New Delhi from 19th March 2021 to 22nd March 2021. Facilitators were instructed to report on 17th March 2021 so as to prepare the workshop in advance. There were 38 Particcipants from different states of India and 8 Facilitators and the Professionals of NHQ. This workshop was first time of its kind in my life as I've participated either as Staff or as Participants which simultaneously held as physical and virtual with video conferencing with WAGGGS team from different time zone of the world. we had rendered our services to conduct assist the the workshop as per the guidelines of the WAGGGS and NHQ, New Delhi. The workshop was fruitful one where the participants could able to fetch the 6 leadership mindset with ten leadership outcomes. The participants were provided the T-Shirts during the Workship and certificate of Participantion after successfully completion of the workshop. The Chief guest of the Closing ceremony was Mr. Madhusudan A.S. Dy. International Commissioner (S) BS&G, India.
