The Bharat Scouts and Guides Himachal Pradesh State Association organised a three days State Level District Growth Committee Meet from 05 to 07 May 2021 virtually. The meeting were occur from 05:00PM to 7:00PM everyday. Dr. Ravi Raj, State Growth Corrdinator, BSGHP were the organiser of the meeting.

In this meeting I got an oppertunity to be a part of the meeting as Young Leader (Male) from my DIstrict Association.

First day started with the general introduction with the participates and the staff. Dr. Ravi Raj describes the Aim/objectives for conducting this meet followed by the detailed description of the Growth. After that, The Growth related Notices and other documents of The Bharat Scouts and Guides National Headquarters were shared via presentation.

Scond Day started with the discussion on the key points those affact the Cencus Growth of the Association. Every individual in the meeting shared their points. The main focused points were discussed in a detailed manner so that we can achieve the cencus growth rate as per the statements by BSG NHQ and SHQ.

Third Day Started with the SWOT analysis of the Growth of BSG HP which were discuss a day before today. After that a peresentation on Online Youth  Membership System (OYMS) were given by OYMS corrdinator. Dr. Amarjeet K. Sharma Worthy State Chief Commissioner gave his valuable presence and his greetings.
