During the 25th Dzongkhag Education Conference(DEC)for principals of Samdrup Jongkhar Schools, the 25 schools commissioners were oriented on Messengers of Peace(MoP) as they are the main backbone if scouting and MoP are to flourish well within a state. The project commenced with an oath taking ceremong by all the school commissioners(principals).
