The new recruitment of Rovers of Samtse College of Education, Samtse; Bhutan were oriented on the purpose, importance, principles, fundamentals and roles as a Scout. Of all, their primary role as an Agent of Messenger of Peace to spread happiness firstly in their locality then in their nation and world as a whole.
