Bhutan Scouts Assciation began its campaign on orienting Community Leaders on Handbook on Community Based Scouting. More than 500 Community Leaders including Teachers, Non Scouts, Out of School Youth, Village Head, Village Health Workers and Early Learning care givers were oriented on the Handbook.

Within ten Days, 4 BSA Staff covered 24 Districts in the Country. Orientation of the handbook was on how to use the Book for running a Community based Scouting in their regions. Topics on betterworld framework, SDGS and diversity and inclusiveness were covered during the orientation. A one day program was held for each region. The program began from 9:00 AM and ended at 5:00 PM ( 7 Hours)
