The Bharat Scouts and Guides Himachal Pradesh organized a workshop on Online Training for Capacity Building of Adult Leaders from 20th to 26th June, 2020 at 10:00AM to 11:00AM daily via Zoom Cloud Meeting Application. In this workshop 68 Adult Leaders from 10 District of Himachal Pradesh along with 13 Staff Members deputed by State Headquarters have participated. I got wonderful opportunity to be one of the State Staff member. Also, I got an opportunity to be a facilitate one of the group of this workshop. It is a new experience for me with working with the Adults. A brief report of this Worksop is as under: On the very first day of the workshop, objectives of the Training Programme were discussed with the participants and session on “How to use Zoom Cloud Application” were presented by Sh. Pankaj Sharma and Miss Sphria Kanwar. On the Second day, “How to use Google Meet Application” were presented by Sh. Pankaj Gupta and Smt. Kiran Thakur. On the same day session on “How to use Social Media Platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, YouTube etc) safely were presented by Sh. Rohit Thakur. On the third day, session on “ Unit Registration with State Headquarters via Google Form” were presented by Pankaj Gupta and Smt. Kiran Thakur. On the fourth day, “ Onilne Youth Membership System” were discussed by State Coordinator Sh. Harish Sharma and Sh. E Sarthraj from National Headquarters were special invitee for this session. On the Fifth day, Proposed State Action Plan were discussed by SOC scouts Sh. Pankaj Gupta. On the Sixth day, Proposed District Action Plan were presented through power point presentation by one adult leader from each district. On the last day, closing ceremony were held. Dr. Anju Sharma, State Commissioner Guides were the chief guest for the closing sessions. Sh. Siddharth Mohani, Asst. Director BSG Northern Region, Sh. K.D. Sharma, State Commissioner Scouts, Sh. Vinod Kumar Sharma, State Treasurer and Dr. Ravi Raj, State Growth Coordinator were the special invitees for the virtual closing ceremony. Key aspects of this training programmes: 1.
