We concluded that, there shall be two phases to this project. 1.The Odrik Talks phase 1: The Awareness through Workshop and volunteer recruitment phase. 2. The field work phase 2: Visiting units to talk about Gender Equality and topics related to it. This meeting included: 1. Speaker selection 2. Topic distribution 3. Briefing 4. Logo designing 5. Planning and deciding on two phase based project 6. Deciding on the venue and date. 7. Budget discussion.
