Team Odrik arranged a workshop on the topic, "Recent trend of Gender Based Violence and Our Response to these Events". The participants discussed and analyzed the topic with the help of the presenters/ speakers through different topics like "Rape Culture", "Breaking the Stereotype" etc. This workshop was the first phase of Odrik to generate awarness and to recruit volunteers for the next phase. Majority of the participants were non-scouts, even the speakers as well, which makes this gathering so special. It shows the unity among young people against gender inequality, gender based violence and oppression. The Odrik initiative is planning to reach the root level with the help of these volunteers, both scouts and non-scouts. The second phase includes activities which shall try to address social problems and violence that are deeply rooted in our structure, culture, community.
