I and my team went to Malbasey, a remote 5 hour walk from the motorable road in Tsirang District, Bhutan. I met with the people of Malbasey (Patshaling Gewog) and talked about the following themes: 1. Drugs and related legislation 2. Non-Communicable Diseases and Communicable diseases 3. Penal Laws 4. Matrimonial laws 5. Environmental Laws 6. Importance of promotion of community vitality and cultural resilience. I was joined by the Gewog Gup and Tshogpa.
