Observation of International Peace Day 2022
National Headquarters of the Bharat Scouts and Guides entrusted to organise a series of webinar to commemorate International Day of Peace on World Scout Programme. Only Scouting may bring up the next generation as useful citizens with a wider outlook than before and thereby to develop goodwill and peace in the world through comradeship and co-operation.
Webinars conducted for 04 days and 02 hrs. in a day i.e. from 15:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs (IST) from 18 - 21 Sept 2022 in Zoom and YouTube. Recourse Speakers from WOSM was present to deliver the sessions.
Members from BSG imparted knowledge and experienced various projects like as MoP, Scouts for SDGs, Earth Tribe, Humanitarian Actions, Dialogue for Peace etc. Through implementing Scout Promise and Law in our personal life and we may transform to a true human and develop our personality - personal identity, peace of mind through the voluntary acceptance of a “code of living”, a system of values which provides “inner guidance”.
Able to implement World Scouts Programme like as MoP, Scouts for SDGs, Earth Tribe, Humanitarian Actions, Dialogue for Peace etc. or participate in it easily.
Scouting could be a powerful force for peace in the world and he gave importance to building peace.
