Nursing Home Community Service
In order to help the elderly to feel warmth , and to let them be taken care of and cared for, therefore I hope to make a little contribution for them.
At 8‘oclock in the morning, all of our scouts gathered together at ride a bus to the nursing home. Then, our chief assigned us all kinds of work that we need to do, such as helping to clean homes for the elderly, washing feet for the elderly, serving them and donating money to them so that they can feel our warmth.After assigning the work, we will start our work. Finally, after everyone took a group photo and expressed their gratitude, we left the nursing home.
After this services, the elderly will receive more warmth from us. At the same time, I also hope that the young people in the future can cherish the old people more.
I learned that the old people have contributed a lot to us. We should not let them feel lonely but let them feel warm.
