Eagle Scouts from Nueva Ecija, Central Luzon, Philippines utilized an online platform to conduct several scouting activities, discussions, and monitor scout advancement. This is a proposed project by Eagle Scouts of the council as the council's response to the implemented enhanced community quarantine in Luzon. It is also a way to support the "BAYANIHAN TO HEAL AS ONE ACT"
