Ntwasahlobo PS: Discovering the Joy of Reading
The project aimed to help learners discover the joy of reading while improving confidence and creative use of language. It focused on making literacy engaging and meaningful rather than a task.
Learners practiced reading, writing, storytelling, and language comprehension. Yeboneers adapted activities to different reading levels, encouraging participation, interaction, and creative expression.
The adventure reinforced that literacy thrives when fun and interactive. Storytelling builds connections and understanding. Yeboneers learned the value of adaptability and engagement, while learners developed confidence, comprehension, and enjoyment in reading.
