The nipun testing camp for rangers is organised at shimla tara devi training centre on 31st July to 4th august 2015. 19 clgs 192 rangers and 11 staff members are in this event. In this event rangers learn the new skills of scouting like knoting, pioneering, estimation, compass, mapping , first aid etc.
