The selection of the targeted youth to lead and participate in the forum aims to represent all youth groups and spectra within the scope of the national association. They had the right to make decisions in the implementation and planning of project activities through subcommittees that were formed, supported by mature individuals and organizational structures within the national association, and activating the scouting approach for forum management.
