Never late to take action and bring the change

Each and every motivation comes by looking at the person they appreciate, by looking at the person which they can follow their steps, but however for me my motivation came within. Seeing and listening to every news, it's all about climate change, global warming, waste management etc... So I decided to initiate a program to have some time enjoying with mother nature and for it's cleanliness too. In this way not at large, but to some extent we can help prevent the waste management issues.

This program was lunched mainly at the messy places and at sacred places to provide some community service and to help clean up it's surrounding. As being a initiator I had 16 youth leaders backing me up and 13 volunteers contributing to achieving my goal and helping us out. However, it wasn't a smooth journey as I thought it would be. For this program to be launched, proposal was to be handed out and needed to look for available volunteers as well.

About 150 people were benefitted from this project. Not at large, but then we were for sure able to bring some changes instead of waiting for the change. Since, my project was at the messy areas, we got a great opportunity to make it clean and tidy as well. Moreover, doing some works at sacred places the community service were given and from this it made the work easier for the people living there and made the place much more approachable as well.
Whatever we do depends on the experience we have and the things we handle out. From this project I got alot of experiences and exposures from which I would be able to use it for future activities to have a successful ending. Moreover, I learned about the importance of interacting with each other, importance of opening up with others, importance of kind of bonds we have within ourselves and for sure the vital knowledge on dealing with people. To improve I can just practice it regularly to learn
