Nature’s Heroes: Discovering Biodiversity

We wanted to take an active part in turning around the environments that we lived in. We wanted to make a positive difference to our communities and the ecosystems around us.
We learnt a lot about our role and we did this by playing games, doing crafts visited environmental centers, understanding the quality of our rivers. We ran clean ups in our community, planted trees and identified and removed invasive species of plants. We also took our learnings home and as families committed to making a difference in minimizing our impact to the environment.
We all have the power to make a difference and we are a part of a much more diverse and fragile ecosystem. By considering the 3 R's and doing our part as well as encouraging others to do their part, we can make our communities greener and our ecosystems can thrive which benefits all of us in the end.
