National Seminar-Workshop for Council Program and Training Commissioners

The Seminar-Workshop aims to bring quality volunteers (Program and Training Commissioners) and professionals (Council Scout Executives, OICs) together and be able to know and discuss the recent changes in the Program and Adults in Scouting Policy. Further, the seminar-workshop seeks to gather policy recommendation, strategy and specific action steps to be able to effectively implement the new policies relative to Program and Training. At the end of the Seminar-Workshop, participants should be able to:   KNOW: Explain and discuss the revised and updated BSP National Training Policy and the newly adapted WOSM-BSP (Messengers of Peace, Scouts of the World Award, World Scout Environment Programme, YUNGA) Programmes; FEEL: reflect on the significant WOSM-BSP programme features and BSP Training Policy related to the changing needs, wants and interests of young people and adults in Scouting DO: Write policy recommendations for effective implementation and delivery of BSP Youth Program and Training Policy
