NATIONAL SCOUT YOUTH FORUM 2.0 2021
National Youth Scout Leadership Forum 2.0 is a forum which trains the participant who are from the Kumpulan Latihan Malaysia which is Scouts from the Malaysia Teacher Education Institute. This forum is handled to give the future teacher a scouting forum even this is the pandemic era. The Program touches about leadership skills, communication skills and the introduction fo Better World Framework.
We handled our program via the Zoom Meeting platform because our country is having uprising ccovid-19 cases so face-to-face meeting is prohibited during the Full Movement Control Order right now. The program committee handled the training for the facilitators and technical team one month before the program runs
This project was a great project and the impact from this project is the scouts from the Teacher Education Institute (IPGM) has learned a lot about scouting because some of them just started their scouting journey from their respective institute. They also feel great and motivated to become a great scoutmaster after they graduating.
This project makes me learn about technical skills because I am assigned as the technical team. I have learned about how handle the zoom entrance, the breakout room and more technical skills.
