Mseki PS cultivating a love for reading

Mseki Primary learners showed enthusiasm for reading, making the project an opportunity to channel that interest into developing literacy skills, creativity, and comprehension.
Activities included reading sessions, interactive storytelling, and discussions. Yeboneers emphasized participation and encouraged learners to explore available community resources, like libraries.
The team observed that communities have resources that are often underutilized. Encouraging learners to access these resources can improve literacy, and learners thrive when reading is made engaging.
