Mother Earth Want Tree Plantation
I got the motivation for tree plantation from earthtribe campaign run by World Scouts and Haritima which is a voluntary organization of our city.
I, along with my team, looked for places where the trees were few. Then we planted trees in those places with the help of local scouts guides.After this, the responsibility of maintaining the trees planted there has also been taken up with us by the local Scouts & Guides.
Inspired by us, school children from those areas also planted trees in their schools. Gradually the residents of those areas also came to know the importance of trees and started planting trees.
Through this project, we, the children and the people there also got to learn about the importance of trees. Learn to plant trees properly. Learned to take care of trees.
