Details: Most Outstanding Boy Scouts of Cebu-Area Level Search (Area 11) Venue: Canduman Elementary School, Mandaue City, Philippines Date: Dec. 16, 2014 Rationale: It is the annual search for the Most Outstanding Boy Scouts in each District and Area within Cebu Council. It a Scouting Skills Competition. The participants were winners in the recently concluded District Level Selection. Area 11 Districts: North South West Central Skills Involved: 1. Compass 2. Height and Distance Measurement 3. Morse Code and Wigwag 4. Map Reading 5. Bandaging 6. Knots and Lashing 7. Trail and Conventional Signs Note: Achievements and activities in Scouting as well as academics were also taken into consideration together with the character of the contestants.
