To Celebrate the Centenary year of Rovering, Bharat Scouts & Guides; West Bengal State Headquarter has recently organized five days Rover Ranger Samagam at Padima M.P.C.S, Digha from 26th to 30th December, 2018. About 106 Rovers, 53 Rangers, 24 Adult Leaders and 20 Staff Members and 8 MoP Local Coordinator from different 15 District Associations and 3 State Associations (the Odisha, East Coast Railway and South Eastern Railway) actively participated in the said event.
