There was two days District Camp scheduled on 17th and 18th August, 2019 at Adarsha Balika Vidyalaya for the Scouts and Guides of Uluberia District Association. But torrential rain had started from the Friday, 16th. Everybody was upset but the Scouts, Guides, officials, school authorities and guardians proved that Scouting Guiding give us the strength to fight with disaster. Everybody was present and the camp started. The class rooms were surrounded with water. They had included all the parts of MoP promotional programmes in their routine.  The guides of this district had won the peace award (an award on the programmes of MoP given at state level), they had some idea. But networking game, story telling, Ale Le Le song or MoP beat dance had created a magic. Almost 140 scouts and guides took part in it and now we are waiting to hear their stories.
