(1st School - Rafael L. Lazatin Memorial High School) Peace….. What does it really mean? Scouts from Rafael L. Lazatin Memorial High School learned the fundamentals of Messengers of Peace, September 14, 2013 at School Covered Court, Balibago, Angeles City. The seminar was conducted in lieu of their activities in the 2nd Tony Mamac Orientation Camp and Leadership Training. There were more than 30 Senior Scouts who joined and participated actively in the discussion. The seminar focused on the elements of Messenger of Peace and about how proposed projects are to be sent and how it will be approve and provided with funds. Scouts who participated the event signed an agreement promoting messengers of peace as well as giving inspiration to all youth. After the seminar, registration at the scoutmessengers.org website proceeded. The seminar was sponsored by the Angeles City Eagle Scouts (ACES) and Association of Top Achiever Scouts (ATAS-Philippines, Angeles City).
