To commemorate the occasion of International Peace Day, the Scout Wing of the First Calcutta District Association launched Messenger of Peace workshop for the first time at St. James’ School on 21st September, 2014 at 08:00 a.m. The Workshop started with Prayer. Mr. Nauzer M. Batlivala, District Treasurer explained about the importance of the day and about the different dimensions of Peace. Mr. Rajendra Kumar Das, State Organising Commissioner (S) and State MoP coordinator helped the Scouts to visualize the various aspects of peace by showing MoP promotion videos. All the participants enjoyed the song. All the Scouts present were registered at www. Scout.org. Mr. Bishnu Prasad Jaiswal District Secretary and Mr. Kaustubh Gupta, Headquarter Commissioner (S) were also present during the meet.
