About 21 out of 124 cubs member from Sri Bintang Utara primary school receive their award from Kuala Lumpur Chief Scout Commissioner, Dato' Eli this morning. This is the first time the cubs from this school achieve and receive their ward after work hard for three years as a cub scouts. The teachers, scout master, parents was so exited and hope that the number of award receiver will increase yer by year.
