On 15th September afternoon, Bartsham Central School received Mobile Scout Team to our school lead by Mr. Nawang Gyeltshen (Chief Program commissioner) and Mr. Karma Wangchuk (Program Commissioner) to create awareness on Scouting and Messenger of peace (mop). The program started with singing of camp anthem and followed by welcome speech. Mr. Karma Wangchuk shared to all the participants about how scout has revitalized in our country and inspired many lives to be part of the scouting movement. Mr. Nawang Gyeltshen shared about how every one of us can be the messenger of peace and play active role in bringing peace in the world. 376 students (including 165 scouts) and 32 teachers along with two Bhutan Scout Association Officials and Dzongkhag Scout Secretary attended this enriching event.
