The Scouts snd Guides of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Udhampur, are arranging food and water for the animals and birds under the Mission "UPKAAR ". Under the auspices of this program, human service as well as animals and birds and animals are taken care of. The Scout Master Rakesh Sharma said that in this Carona period, the volunteers of Bharat Scouts and Guides are assisting the administration in the arrangement of water and food. While serving Humanity , they are providing food to the animals and birds too and take care of them too. They pleaded with everyone that during this crisis of corona virus every person should come forward to help these animals. The Scout Master Amardev Singh told it is the duty of human beings to not only work for themselves but also to make arrangements for the animals around them, especially animals and birds, that none of them die in the absence of any grain and water. District Commissioner Ashok Kumar and District Secretary Balwan Singh said that A Scout is a friend of animal birds. Therefore, it is a sacred duty of every scout to serve and protect innocent, unruly animals and birds. He informed that every scout guide is doing better work in this regard. Today need of the hour is that more volunteers come forward to contribute in this campaign.
