After a year, Prabuhi is now building a new concept on recruiting and promoting. While the recruiting administration & managerial process take longer and challenging time in accomplishing, we developed a new program called #Prabuhi4 Peace; combining Prabuhi's introduction class and Messengers of Peace Initiatives sessions. We started it with "Prabuhi Tree" Sessions, so the participants can identify their own need and reasons on PRABUHI, then we asked them create their own #1st Service Hour or Project using Prabuhi's Programs, and put ALELE Session and Watching the Life-Vest Video in between. Al-Ikhlas Islamic Boarding School is our pilot project with 50 participants. And it turned to be the most lively and encouraging project we had in promoting volunteering.
